Police Respond to Train Stations in Monmouth

Intoxicated and unruly concert goers keep police and emergency medical responders in several Monmouth County communities busy at train stations along the northeast corridor. Disturbances were reported last night at the Long Branch and Aberdeen-Matawan stations as crowds headed to an alternative rock concert at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel. Reports say about 10 people where transported to the Monmouth Medical Center after fainting in Long Branch. No serious injuries were reported.

A State Police said last night that they were unaware of the disturbances.
