New Downtown Toms River Restaurant Opens For Business

It was only three weeks ago that I first spotted the Coming Soon sign in the window of 207 Main Street in Toms River, and now almost exactly three weeks later, downtown's newest restaurant is serving guests.

Morocco Local Grill put the Grand Opening sign up at the beginning of this week and opened the doors just today (Wednesday, November 28th).

Now with a Facebook page, it looks like they specialize in southwest classics like tacos and quesadillas, as well as specialties from the restaurant's Middle Eastern namesake, with a whole section dedicated to Moroccan food.

Of course 207 Main Street is a well known location, as the former home of Nancy's Midtown Cafe and A Thyme For All Seasons before it moved just down the block.

I'll definitely take a walk around the corner in the coming days to try out Morocco's fare!
