Ketchup On Your Eggs

That sounds like a book title?  But it's not that I know of.  Shawn and I went to breakfast yesterday and I noticed something that I never knew about him.

He had this delicious-looking omelet.  Then it happened, he put ketchup on it.  I was looking around the diner and noticed other people doing this, too.  Is this something I have to try?  (Maybe not...sorry)
