There's been a lot of talk in recent days about how Dollar Tree is raising prices again.

Price points will now range from $1.50 to $7.00, according to Dollar Tree CEO Rick Dreiling.

Not everything will be going up in price, but some of the higher-cost items will include food, pet, and personal care items.

The two things I always buy at Dollar Tree are birthday cards and gift bags.

Both are way more expensive if you go anywhere else.

However, GOBankingRates says there's one specific item you should buy at Dollar Tree this month.

It has to do with the weather getting warmer and kids playing outside.

What's the number one Dollar Tree item to buy in April?

BioSwiss Bandages

That according to GOBankingRates.

It's always good to be prepared!

"These bandages caught our eye for a couple of reasons. With spring in full swing, there’s a strong chance that the kids will be out and about outdoors. Stocking up on bandages is essential for anticipating any falls, scrapes or cuts."

"Each box of bandages features designs like mermaids, dinosaurs, aliens and more that are fun to wear and provide plenty of boo-boo care."

It always seems like whenever I need a bandage the box is always empty!

So the next time I'm at Dollar Tree picking out a card, I'll pick up a box of bandages too.
