My first job was at McDonald's on Route 72 in Manahawkin, I was young (obviously).

It was 1981 and as I learned how to run the burgers, dunk the fries and swirl the milkshakes little did I know I would be part of culinary history! the unveiling of the new McRib. The sandwich is a bbq pork sandwich topped with onion and pickles. It was something completely different than I was used to. Much different than the typical burger and fries kinda thing.

I remember getting the McRib on my breaks and I would get the sandwich without onion and pickles, funny how our tastes change, but if I got one today I would probably have onion and pickles on it.....I like the tastes of onion and dill. So now that McDonald’s has called it "the sauciest moment of the year"I will have to go to a local McD’s and go for the loaded McRib. I will have a full review for you coming up on the morning show.

Normally I would get a vanilla milkshake with my Big Mac, but when it comes to the McRib I will pass on that combo lol
