It's one of those things that we all struggle with - exercising. Whether it's at the gym, on a piece of equipment at home, or even just jogging around the block, it can be tough to get that motivation going when you really don't feel like it.

For me, it's hardest in the Winter. You wake up early, it's dark and cold out, the last think you want to do is get out of the warm cocoon of your bed and lug your duffel bag to the gym.

It's especially hard when you let yourself fall out of the habit. Maybe you started going 3 times a week, that dropped to once a week, then once every other week, and suddenly you haven't been in months (but of course you're still getting charged for your membership!).
