The Jay and Linda Grunin Center for the Arts in Toms River opened in 2014 on the campus of Ocean County College after a major donation from local philanthropists Jay and Linda Grunin. The center was created to bring live music, theater, dance, and other performances to the community.

Since then, it has become a vital hub for the arts in Ocean County, offering year-round shows and events to students, residents, and visitors.
