There’s just something special about a good, juicy pork chop! Whether it’s grilled, baked, or pan-fried, pork chops have been a favorite at the dinner table for generations, and I can certainly understand why.

For me, pork chops are one of those comfort foods that never seem to get old. They’re flavorful, satisfying, and can be prepared in so many different ways.

Add a little seasoning, some garlic, or your favorite marinade, and you’ve got yourself a delicious meal. And let’s not forget those crispy, golden-brown edges!

Pork chops also go great with some classic sides, like mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, applesauce, or roasted vegetables. Now that sounds like a pretty good dinner to me!

Whether they remind you of Mom’s home cooking or you simply love the taste, pork chops have a way of bringing people back to the dinner table.

In a recent article from NJ.com, they listed the BEST restaurants for pork chops in New Jersey. "Pork chops have gotten a bad rap over the years, often associated as being dry, flavorless cuts of meat. But when done right, a pork chop can be one of the best things on a restaurant’s menu. A good pork chop is thick and juicy in the center, deeply browned with a gorgeous sear around the edges and loaded with plenty of flavor."
