Here's how it works thanks to Save some money, sounds good to me. I'm thinking of all the costumes I bought my daughter every year. This sounds perfect. Gently used costumes must be dropped off in advance at one of the specific Monmouth County locations. For each costume you drop off, you will receive a token for a "new" used costume.

The Halloween Costume Swap can be costumes for kids, adults, and dogs.

From the  Costume drop-offs will be accepted Sunday through Friday, September 24th through the 29th, 2023 from 10 am - 4 pm at the following locations:

Huber Woods Environmental Center, Middletown

Manasquan Reservoir Environmental Center, Howell

Thompson Park Visitor Center, Lincroft

How it Works:

** Costumes must be dropped off in advance at one of the locations above.

** For each costume you bring, receive a token entitling you to a “new” costume the day of the swap.

**Please, no dirty, stained or torn costumes.
