FREE Ice Cream for Toms River Kids, Helmets On

The Toms River Police Department once again is hoping everyone has a save Summer!

It's the 6th Annual Toms River Summer Bicycle Safety Program with Operation Brain Freeze and the Toms River Police Department. Their goal is to help prevent serious head injuries in a bike accident. This is a positive initiative that gives the police an opportunity to reward kids in the community for wearing their helmet.

Operation Brain Freeze is running now through September!

Kids that are seen with their helmet on, the Toms River Police Department will hand these kids a FREE ice cream voucher at one of these great vendors - Rita's, Mrs. Walkers, Dairy Queen, and others! CLICK HERE for more information on Operation Brain Freeze!
