As quickly as the Burger King on Fischer Boulevard closed up, a new tenant has announced that it'll be their newest Shore location.

Back in April we shared the news that was first spotted by my colleague Andy Chase at our sister station 105.7 The Hawk that the Fischer Blvd Burger King was closed for good. Well, Andy stayed on the story and spotted a new sign in the window this week:

The sign announces that Joe's Bagel & Grill is coming soon.

Joe's Bagel & Grill already has half a dozen NJ locations, with Shore spots in Brick, Point Pleasant Beach, Belmar, and West Long Branch.

Their website is pegging the Toms River location at 931 Fischer Blvd as well as a Sea Girt location at 2100 Route 35 as "Coming Soon".
