
Extended Beach Weekends in Seaside Heights and Park

It's our "locals" summer and if you enjoy September beach days, then you'll love the extended time announced here at the Jersey Shore
Seaside Heights and Seaside Park officials have announced an extension of beach weekends. According to a recent Patch article ....Officials in both towns announced there will be an extended season, and beach badges will be required on the weekends.
Seaside Heights is requiring wristbands daily through Sept. 13 and then weekends only after that. Officials in Seaside Park and Seaside Heights will have lifeguards on the weekends only and will be closing their beaches after Sept. 27. Swimming is permitted at designated sections of the ocean beach only when lifeguards are on duty.
In Seaside Heights and Park beach badge sales will continue to be limited due to social distancing. In addition shower pedestals and water fountains are closed.
