Driver Alert: Lots of Deer Out Early Mornings and Evenings in Ocean and Monmouth Counties
It's prime time of year to see deer. Motorists around Ocean and Monmouth Counties wanna be on the lookout as deer find themselves along roadways on your way to work and school....as well as late at night.
On my way in recently I spotted numerous deer along the roadway. I first encountered one deer roadside and then just a short time away a small herd of about eight crossing the roadway. When I stopped at the light at Route 9 in Tuckerton near the Seaport I postted another small herd of a half a dozen running through downtown. Of course I also spotted a bunch along the Garden State Parkway on my way to Toms River.
So be on the lookout and drive safely!
