Celebrate Earth Day In Island Heights

Monday is officially "Earth Day", but you can celebrate in Island Heights Saturday, April 27th.

The Island Heights Environmental Committee hosts their Island Heights Earth Day Celebration at Wanamaker Field from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. with eco friendly vendors, free seedlings of native shrubs in exchange for a bag of litter.

Other activities include a town-wide cleanup, gardens and Bioswale maintenance.
