Brick's Rosalita's Roadside Cantina Is Now Open

It's official - at the end of last week, the doors opened at a brand new Mexican restaurant in the heart of Brick's shopping district.

Rosalita's Roadside Cantina, which took the space that used to be Joe's Crab Shack in Brick Plaza, excitedly announced their grand opening last Thursday:
