Watch – Drone Video Captures Whales Feeding Just Off A Local Beach

Talk about being in the right place at the right time!

A local drone pilot was taking advantage of the sunny weather this past Saturday, February 18th, and sent his 'copter out over the water off of Belmar Beach. He was well rewarded for the effort, capturing a trio of whales just offshore.

Not only did local photographer Bill McKim grab some nice still photos of the whales just yards off of the beach, but once he sent his drone over the water, the trio of whales were captured on video as well.
