An Open Letter From TR Police Chief Mitch Little to Governor Murphy Concerning TR Schools
It has been a big issue in Toms River for a while now and the Toms River School District proposed budget cuts have the attention of school administrators, residents and town officials.
At the recent school board meeting this week in Toms River, Police Chief Mitch Little read a letter he has written to Governor Murphy. It is a MUST read for all and I applaud Chief Little for taking time to put his thoughts (and HEART) on paper and send it to Trenton.
This is an issue that needs to be addressed and needs community support. Chief Little's efforts are what we need from all areas of the community. Brainstorming from area leaders on how to remedy the district's budget issues and save programs for the children and at the same time doing it the best way possible for area residents.
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON CHIEF LITTLE'S OPEN LETTER AND THE BUDGET ISSUE?
