Suzanne Trainor, aka Tindall, 39, was apprehended without incident this morning by Ocean County investigators and booked at Toms River police headquarters, according to information from the office of County Prosecutor Joseph D. Coronato.

Her bail was set at $50,000, with no 10-percent payment option for release.

Authorities said that New Jersey parole officials opened an investigation into Trainor earlier this week.

Background information is scarce. She is not listed in the New Jersey State Police Sex Offender Registry. A reliable law-enforcement official suggests that it indicates an offense committed as a juvenile.

Violation of lifetime community supervision is categorized as a third-degree offense, with a possible sentence of three to five years plus fines on conviction.
