A Trist With Student Buys A Former Monmouth Prep School Teacher Four Years

A former Mater Dei Dean of Students heads to State Prison for four years for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old female student with whom he a developed a romantic relationship. 29-year-old Freehold Township English Teacher William Miltner was sentenced at the Monmouth county courthouse Tuesday after pleading guilty in January.

According to the Asbury Park Press, an investigation into Miltner's activities was launched after school officials received an anonymous e-mail leading to his arrest in April 2011.

The Monmouth County Prosecutors Office says Miltner assaulted the student at the school between March and September of 2009.
