A School Of Rock Is Opening In Brick This Weekend

Do you think your kid has what it takes to become the next Jon Bon Jovi or Bruce Springsteen? If so, Brick's new School of Rock could be for them!

Plenty of us have dreamed of stepping out on stage to thousands of screaming fans and tearing into an epic guitar solo.

I was definitely one of those kids who wanted to be a musical virtuoso, but lo and behold, I found out eventually that I have pretty much zero music performing ability (but to make a career of being a music director for a radio station isn't such a bad second choice!).

So, while it will always be just that, a dream, for most of us, your kid's dream could start to become a reality with the right encouragement.

That's the goal of the popular music school franchise, and School of Rock is getting ready to cut the ribbon in Brick (actually, they're getting ready to smash the guitar. Really, that's their version of cutting the ribbon).

It all goes down this Saturday, March 16th starting at 11 a.m. at their new location at 485 Brick Boulevard (if you're going north on Brick Blvd, it's right before the Top Tomato Plaza).
