Ocean County investigators are still probing the circumstances surrounding a Saturday night multi-car collision on route 88 near Ocean County Park in Lakewood killing one and hospitalizing several others around 9 pm.

Following sandy many hard-hit victims still show signs of psychological distress.

A Monmouth poll shows numbers have improved in the years since the storm but it's still taking quite the emotional toll.
