A review of New Jersey's medical marijuana program is due on Gov. Phil Murphy's desk within days. Lawmakers aren't waiting though.

A Seaside Park Police Sergeant is facing charges after he allegedly pointed his gun at the head of a class one officer in November of 2016.

An assembly committee has advanced a bill that would require all New Jersey high schools to keep a supply of opioid antidotes on hand and authorize the school nurse to administer it in cases of overdoses.
