New Jersey's largest state-worker union, The Communications Workers of America is tangling in court one last time with Governor Christie in the waning months of his term.

Christie says the union opposes efficiency.

He says the union sued because workers were sent to departments with 40-hour work weeks, rather than 35 hours.
