TOMS RIVER - Toms River Police are searching for the man who robbed a convenience store with a knife over the weekend. Chief Mike Mastronardy says it happened Saturday night around 7 p.m. at the Holiday Service Center on route 37. The suspect took a little over a hundred bucks from the 17-year-old clerk. He's described as white, 5 '9, 155 pounds in his early 20's. Anyone with information should call police.

TRENTON - Nearly all Garden State residents who lost electricity after an unusual October snowstorm struck the northeast have their power restored. At the storm's peak, about 700,000 customers were without electricity in New Jersey.

FREEHOLD - Young Israelis who hope to shape their country's future meet New Jersey Congressman Chris Smith today in shore Assemblywoman Caroline Casagrande's Freehold Township office. The American Council Of Young Political Leaders organized a series of discussions that included a Sunday brunch with Casagrande at the Freehold Jewish Center.
