What’s Your Guilty Pleasure TV Show?

Ok fess up, we all have our guilty pleasure TV shows. Those programs that you're a little embarrassed to admit that you have to catch.

Here, I'll go first - for me, it's Big Brother. I know and openly admit that it's trashy faux "reality" TV. It's the old formula of strangers living together and competing for fabulous prizes. While they try to make you believe that what you're seeing is "real", you can tell that plenty of the things the contestants say and do are, if not specifically scripted, at least suggested by the producers. But for whatever reason, I've been addicted since Big Brother started.
