MANCHESTER - Two seperate traffic stops in Manchester within seven minutes of each other leads to the arrests of three people. Both happened yesterday in the Cumberland Farms parking lot. The first, 47-year-old Bridget Nichols of the township provided false information to police and had two outstanding warrants out of Neptune. She was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, lying to police and obstruction. She was released after posting bail. The next stop involved drug charges against 37-year-old Daniel Muller of Brick and 42-year-old Patrick McElvey of Toms River. Police found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

NEWARK (AP) -- There's still no verdict in the murder trial of a prominent New Jersey attorney. Paul Bergrin is accused of helping to set up the 2004 slaying of a government informant who was to testify against one of Bergrin's clients. Today is the fifth day of jury deliberations.

OCEAN (MONMOUTH) - An Ocean Township couple is arrested and charged with providing tattoos to minors without written parental consent. Police took 34-year old Crystal Brents and 36-year-old Alex Martinez into custody Monday following an investigation that began last Wednesday. Police received information that the couple allegedly applied to tattoos to at least three juvenile females, one as young as 14.

ATLANTIC CITY - The Atlantic County Prosecutors office release identities of two victims in fatal shootings in Atlantic City that occurred within the same hour Sunday night. The first victim is identified as a juvenile male city resident was was shot at 8 p.m. on North Maryland Avenue. The second is identified as 29-year-old city resident Corleone Hayes who was shot at 8:45 p.m. on Baltic Avenue. The Medical Examiner's office confirmed the cause of death of both victims as multiple gunshot wounds and the manner a death a homicide.

OCEAN (MONMOUTH) - A noise complaint in front of an Ocean Township residence leads to the arrest of four Monmouth County students. Police say the four were host of a party Saturday where underage drinking was allegedly taking place. James Pareja, Michael Perini, Domenick McEnery and Andrew Lyons were each charged with providing a place for underage people to consume alcohol. 15 underage partygoers were also issued violations.
