Trying to Whittle Down the Wallet. What Can You Not Do Without?

Guys, how many times has this happened to you - you get a new card; an insurance card, a credit card, etc, something that you have to have with you, but it just pushes your wallet over the edge to too big?

I actually stopped carrying my wallet in my back pocket a few years ago because I read that it's not good for your posture, but it was also just getting too big and was uncomfortable to sit on. But now I've got an awkward wallet bulge in my front pocket.

I've tried a number of times to cut down on things I carry with me, but I always end up saying "well no, I need that just in case..." and the wallet doesn't get that much smaller. You got the credit card(s), the ATM card, the health insurance card, driver's license, etc. Then you have the loyalty cards (hey, I'm not going to Bobby's Burger Palace and not getting points!), the supermarket discount cards, etc.

After taking everything out of my wallet, I usually end up putting most of it back in, and not really saving all that much room.
