Only a few days after Veterans Day, an Ocean County high school has unveiled a display to honor both those currently serving in the military, and a graduate who lost his life in the line of duty.

This past week, Toms River High School East unveiled their new Military Support Wall, with one display case honoring past students who are currently serving in the military, and another honoring the memory of 2003 graduate Denis C. Miranda, a Navy SEAL who lost his life in 2010 while serving in Afghanistan.

The displays and other projects honoring High School East's military members will be overseen by the new Military Support Club, who are also reaching out to the community to ask for names of graduates who are currently serving, to be added to the display. You can submit names by clicking here.
