A three month long investigation into thefts at the Stafford by the Bay Senior Housing Community ends with three suspects facing charges.

Stafford Police Captain Tom Dellane says two men and a woman were arrested on theft and stolen property charges.  All three were temporary employees hired to clean up a pipe burst at the senior community back in January, and they had access to the building while the displaced residents were away.

Dellane says 32 year olds David Switalski Jr. and Danielle Kwityn, both of Island Heights, were arrested, along with 35 year old Richard Robertson Jr., of Manahawkin.

Switalski is being charged with theft and dealing in stolen property, while Kwityn is charged with receiving stolen property. They are both currently locked up in Ocean County Jail on unrelated charges.

Robertson is being booked on theft charges and was released pending a future court appearance.
