Hometown Happenings with 92.7 WOBM

Make no mistake about it Jackson Memorial is the team to beat in the boys division of the 30th annual WOBM Christmas Classic and that was affirmed last night when the Jaguars were the near unanimous pick as the top seed by the 16 head coaches.

Belated Happy New Year everyone.  It’s been some time since we’ve been together as I was tied up with the WOBM Christmas Classic and last week worked on a part-time basis.  I do have a couple of thoughts to pass along on our basketball tournament which ended last Sunday.

This morning at 9:30 the most prominent sight at the Quality Inn of Toms River will that of teen-agers eating like there’s no tomorrow. Boys and Girls alike will be feasting on a breakfast buffet and many will make second and third trips before they are done.
