Don’t put it off a moment longer!  If you’ve been thinking about attending Ocean County College, now’s the time to get started….Registration for the 2013 Spring Semester is going on now through January 14. Spring Semester classes run for 15 weeks from January 23 to May 15. The Friends of the Toms River Library will hold their annual Winter Book Sale in Mancini Hall at the Toms River branch, 101 Washington St. January 10-12.

 

The booksale will be open:

Thursday Jan. 10 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.;

Friday and Saturday, Jan. 11 & 12, between 9 am and 4 p.m.

 

The funds that are raised by The Friends supplement the library’s budget and will be used to purchase materials for the library and to sponsor several of its programs.

 

The Brick Township School District PTAs, PTOS, and Home and School Council with the support of Friends of Brick:  will be hosting a comedy show to help raise funds for those families and teachers in our district that have suffered losses due to hurricane Sandy. Comedy Hypnotist Bill Pettek  will be performing at the Brick Memorial High School Auditorium on Saturday January 26th. There will be 2 shows: 7pm and 8:15pm. This is a family friendly show that is sure to make all ages laugh and have fun. All proceeds go directly to help district families devastated by Hurricane Sandy.  For Ticket Sales or info:
