It's been a week of forecasting, speculation and wonder as the threat of a nor'easter has taken over the news and water-cooler talk.  The big moment has finally arrived and the first snowflakes are now falling in Ocean County. There are also several other reports of snow falling in Toms River and elsewhere in the county...

Jonas is upon us and we want to see what it looks like outside your window!  Show us your streets, your driveways, your shoveling successes (and fails) and your kids (or adults) playing in the fluffy white stuff! Your area not seeing as much snow as predicted...

We still have all of today (Friday) to get ready for the impending storm and lets hope we need less then more, but being prepared is always a good thing. Considering the storm may go until sometime Sunday it's probably a safe bet to think you may need household items til Tuesday ...

At this point, everyone is in full storm preparation mode. I had to swing by the store before work this morning to pick up a few things, and I definitely wasn't the only one.

It really made Super Storm Sandy go by more quickly when neighbors got together and played games..Moms and Dads were together and the kids got to play.  The time seemed to go on forever during the storm, but at least maybe your mind was on other things.

With the possibility of 12 - 18 inches of snow this weekend (In some sections of the Jersey Shore) it's probably a good weekend to get some movies to watch at home! The grocery stores will be busy this week.  I went in to my local grocery store to pick up some lemons yesterday and the lines were incredibly long.
