There are lots of ways to dig out of a snowed in house; shovels, snow blowers, heck I even used a plastic WOBM frisbee to dig my car out of the snow earlier this week because I'd forgotten my snow brush. But none compare to this cat who is determined to get out of the house, even when faced with a 4 foot high wall of snow. Watch the tenacious tabby go to work for yourself:

Dogs are awesome. This is just one example. This pup was just casually watching his person swimming in a pond, but when he thought that his owner was in trouble, he leaps into action. Diving into the pond, he gently ushers his human to safety. Watch for yourself:

If you ever had a pet hamster, you probably wondered how they jammed all that food into their cheeks. For little critters, they can sure load up on a ridiculous amount of snacks. It's the day after Christmas, and many of us are playing with our new gifts.
