Lakewood BlueClaws

I saw an interesting sight when I was walking around the corner for lunch in downtown Toms River this afternoon - groups of people looking down at their phones while walking down Robbins Street, trying to find the numerous "Pokéstops" on the street.

You have to give the Lakewood BlueClaws credit, when you have 70 home games over the span of a season, you have to keep things different and fun. With past promotions like "Harry Potter Night" a few weeks ago, and the annual "BruceClaws" promotion, they definitely keep it fun.

I don't know about you, but I'm super proud to live in such a great county. Dare I say, the best county in Jersey? Ocean County, in my opinion, offers the best in food, entertainment, and education.     Had a great day out at First Energy Park in Lakewood. A true sign that Summer is here, baseball in Ocean County. Lots of fun in the sun (remember the sun-screen) for the entire family .... with the Blueclaws! and we won 9-8  

It seems to be an unspoken rule that if you catch a foul ball at a baseball game and you're sitting next to a kid, you're expected to hand it to the toddler. But after seeing something interesting today, I'm wondering how far that rule extends.
