With the hustle and bustle of the holidays over now, I took a few minutes to reflect on the past long weekend. I thought about all the pieces that came together and all the people who helped to make the season bright.
As I've gotten older I've learned a lot about gratitude. A quick online search will show you lots of examples and research findings about the health benefits of feeling grateful. And I can personally attest to the psychic value of SAYING THANKS instead of keeping those grateful thoughts to yourself.
This is a thank you letter to all of you nurses in Ocean County. On behalf of all the people who have been patients and all those whose loved ones have been in your care, thank you.
