Thomas W. Quinn, 20, and Naverine A. Celeste, 21, both of Brick, appeared Tuesday at police headquarters, authorities said.

They were wanted for questioning regarding sums rung up at a Brick Boulevard WaWa and other stores on a charge card that someone dropped in the convenience store parking lot.

Quinn and Naverine are charged with theft by deception and computer theft, the latter for unauthorized use of a bank debit card. Quinn was ordered to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River on full bail of $15,000. Naverine was released on a criminal summons.

Additional charges are expected to appear when the case goes to a grand jury, police said. They also acknowledge the invaluable aid of many who responded with information.
