The public is being asked to help identify a man whose body was found in the Stafford Forge State Forest Thursday by two people walking a dog. The Toms River police department assisted in the investigation by releasing a sketch of the man Saturday.

The man's death is considered suspicious, although the cause and manner in which he died has not yet been determined, pending the results of an autopsy done Saturday, according to The Patch. There were no obvious signs of trauma.

The man was not carrying identification. State police describe him as standing between 5-05 and 5-08 and weighing between 130 and 165 pounds. He is believed to be of Hispanic heritage and may be between the ages of 50 to 60 years old.
