Seaside Heights police were called in to help control some 2,000 people gathered on the boardwalk and Sumner Avenue Monday night outside the Spicey Cantina as Kim Kardashian dined inside.

The reality TV star was visiting the pub with publicist Jonathan Cheban with a film crew and security detail in tow, according to the Asbury Park Press..

Some of those in the crowd thought it was the cast of the MTV reality series "Jersey Shore" when they saw all the cameras. Others speculated Kim was in Seaside filming the new series, "Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons."

Spicey's was contacted before the pair showed up at 8 p.m.
