BRICK- A woman is charged with stealing funds from a parent organization of the town's Primary Learning Center on Chambers Bridge Rd.  Wendy Griggs turned herself in after being informed that a warrant was obtained for her arrest. She is charged with one count theft and using an ATM card from the center for personal use. A four year investigation alleges Griggs stole over $86,000.

FREEHOLD- A Jersey Shore murder case that took more than 12 years to crack ends in a conviction Friday. A Freehold jury found 38-year-old Sean Harris guilty of murdering 19-year-old Andre Williams in 1997. Both men were from Asbury Park.  Reports say Harris is facing a minimum of 30 years in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for April 13th.

EGG HARBOR- Atlantic County Contractors will perform signal timing modifications at the airport circle on Monday. The signals will be deactivated and intersection control will be overseen by Township police. Officials are warning to expect significant delay. They are unsure if it will take more than a day to complete.

LACEY- Police are looking for two men who stole $4,500 worth of cigarettes from a Wawa on Lacey Rd.  The incident happened around 4:40 a.m. on Wednesday. The two men were seen driving off in a black Chevrolet Lumina heading west.  Anyone with information is urged to call 609-693-6636.

LAKEWOOD- An act of kindness from the man who aided police in finding the hit-and-run driver that killed a 12-year-old Lakewood boy. He has given the $2,500 reward he received to the victim's mother.  The P-B-A Local 71 presented the check to Alberta Juarez, who's son Edward was killed in mid December. The good Samaritan wants to remain anonymous.

BRICK- $25,000 worth of marijuana, ecstasy, mushrooms, and pills are in custody after an investigation by Brick police. Detectives and officers from the Special Emergency Response Team executed a warrant on December 29th leading to the arrest of 23-year-old Andrew Abken.  In addition to the drugs, police seized $20,000 cash and Abken's 2008 Jeep Cherokee.
