Progress Reported On Lakewood’s Tent City Lawsuit

The Lakewood Tent City issue remains in mediation for now but the attorney for the township hopes to resolve it by the winter. 

TheLakewoodScoop.com say a meeting was held with both sides on Tuesday and they feel progress is being made.  Meanwhile, the police department has received close to 200 disturbance calls from the encampment ranging from harassment, thefts and fires.  About 80 people live on the site.
