Probe of Brick Township Teen Death in Toms River Deepens

Circumstances surrounding the death of a Brick Township 18-year-old in downtown Toms River this week remain clouded in mystery. Investigators are urging anyone who can shed light on it to reach them.

The lifeless body of Devin Terry was found in the Red Roof Inn on Water Street on Tuesday. An autopsy was completed later in the day. However, results won't be finalized until toxicology test reports return from state police labs in Trenton. According to Captain Jack Sramaty at the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, the wait cold be two weeks or more.

Investigators with the Prosecutor's Major Crimes Unit continue the probe with Toms River police.
