The goodies that the kids brought home after trick-or-treating...give it all a good once-over. Barnegat police today fielded a report from a resident of a pin inside a Kit-Kat bar.

Investigators say that the candy was handed out in the Timbers development. They did not specify a neighborhood, house, day or time.

However, police believe that the snack wasn't sealed, an indication that someone had tampered with the wrapper.
