Ortley Beach Gets Green Light to Repopulate

Ortley Beach residents can begin returning home for good Monday. Township Mayor Tom Kelaher says the Governor approved the re-population of most of the badly damaged northern barrier island community. Kelaher says only properties with all their utilities in service will be allowed to move back. The Township's website gives details on properties that will be unable to receive all of their utilities.
