Newark Man Violates “No Knock” Policy With 14 Kids

A Newark man is arrested in Toms River after allegedly bringing 14 children to the township to have them sell products door-to-door to homes not registered with the No-Knock Program.

Police say 25-year-old Louis Cruz was charged with three counts of child endangerment after calls came in regarding three abandoned children Saturday night. Residents who were solicited by the group with No-Knock Stickers on their doors should call 732-349-0150.
