Who would have business at a hardware supply company at 4:20 AM? A car leaving the parking lot of Mid-Jersey Supply Company onto Ridgeway Boulevard in Manchester at that hour Thursday attracted the attention of a pair of township police. Inside the 2002 Hyundai were Kevin Bogurski, 21, and Kenneth Wickham, 22, of Jackson, along with a lot of copper wire.

Investigators found that the wiring had been cut from industrial driers at the adjacent Commercial Drying Technologies Company. They also found rare coins, brass meters and plates, electronics, keys, scrap metal, office supplies and a gift card, which they matched to items reported stolen from the construction office of  the nearby River Point development. Police say they also found burglary tools and drug-related items

At that point, police seized Bogurski's car and filed charges against the pair for burglary and theft, attempted theft, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools. Bogurski also faces a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. They were sent to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, with bail
