Lumberton child porn suspect arrested

A Lumberton man suspected of uploading child pornography to the cloud awaits a grand jury hearing in Burlington County.

Tim Torres, 21, was apprehended Thursday at his home following a search authorized by a warrant, according to the office of Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi.

Torres faces a third-degree charge of endangering the welfare of a child. His first court appearance took place today. His bail was set at $25,000.

According to investigators, many of the videos uploaded to the online service displayed pre-pubescent girls engaged in sex acts.

The probe involved members of the Prosecutor's High-Tech Crimes Unit, Lumberton police and the New Jersey State Police Digital Technology Investigations Unit.
