An authorized guest of a resident in Manchester's Renaissance enclave is accused of using his access to rifle through unsecured lockers in the community gym and cars parked nearby.

Toby J. Aun, 26, of the township's Pine Acres Manor development, was charged January 18th with theft, credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of stolen property and theft by deception. according to township police.

Three days later, on January 21, they added new charges of burglary, theft of a credit card, fraudulent use of a credit card, and heroin possession. He was placed in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, with bail set at a total of $30,000 for the cumulative charges.

Amanda Dirschauer, 22, of Waretown, was booked on burglary and theft charges on January 22nd for alleged involvement. Police asserted that she helped Aun rummage for keys and enter vehicles. She was released to await a court date.

According to investigators, Aun searched units in the men's locker room, taking credit cards, along with car keys that he used to take more goods from vehicles parked in the lot outside.

Aun allegedly drove to Lowes and Home Depot stores in Manchester and Toms River, rang up purchases on stolen credit cards, and sold the goods to pawn shops in Toms River, police said.

Manchester detecives, armed with an arreest warrant and searching for three days, encountered Aun on January 21 as he exited the Manchester Lowes, with what they said were items bought through stolen credit cards.
