Lakewood predator suspect held on $250K bail

A suspected sexual predator from Lakewood stands accused of violating a pair of girls, aged 11 and 12.

Minor Villator, 30, was arrested Tuesday, according to the office of Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph D. Coronato. His bail was set at $250,000 on counts of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Prosecutors say Villator knew the alleged victims. They did not specify whether the incidents occurred in Lakewood. They did not disclose the time frame, how the matter came to their attention, or any circumstances surrounding their allegations.

Villator was placed in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River. He was given no option for release on payment of 10 percent of bail, was ordered to adhere to stipulations of Nicole's Law, and was instructed to avoid contact with the victims.
