Just in time for the Halloween season, it's "Ghostly Tales of the Jersey Shore". It's a fun book for Halloween written by a local Jersey Shore author about ghost tales here in the Garden State. Always something fun at Halloween is good old-fashioned ghost stories. We know there are many stories about the Jersey Devil, especially in South Jersey in the Pine Barrens, but what about "ghosts" along the coast? I had a chance to sit down and talk with Jersey Shore author Patricia Heyer who put this intriguing book together with an emphasis on tales from right here at the shore.

Spooky stuff for the Jersey Shore. It was fun getting to talk with Patricia Heyer and hear just a bit of what her book is all about. According to Amazon "Ghost stories from down the shore have never been so creepy, fun, and full of mystery! Welcome to the spooky Jersey Shore! Stay alert! Ghosts lurk around every corner. Even the most unexpected places might be haunted by wandering phantoms. Did you know that many of the Jersey Shore's famous lighthouses are haunted? Or that restless ghosts from the past wander these moonlit shores? Can you believe musical apparitions may be rocking--and haunting --the Convention Hall in Asbury Park? Pulled right from history, these ghostly tales will change the way you see the Jersey Shore and have you sleeping with the light on!"
