Human Remains Discovered In Keansburg

Tuesday's grisly discovery in a Keansburg bungalow are human remains, according to Monmouth County investigators.

Information from County Prosecutor Pete Warshaw says an autopsy is taking place today at the Middlesex County Medical Examiner's office in North Brunswick. The identity, gender, and cause and manner of death have yet to be determined.

Investigators say that workers from a cleaning service called Keansburg Police after finding the remains at 45A Campview Place around 1:00 PM. Keansburg and Monmouth detectives are conducting a joint investigation.
